How SMS alerts work
Tellem.ai Service Alerts sends appointment and service-status updates through a Tellem-controlled toll-free number. Participating service businesses provide factual appointment information and present Tellem’s approved consent request. Tellem controls the message templates, sending rules, HELP and STOP processing, and opt-out records. Tellem.ai Service Alerts cannot be used for marketing, advertising, promotional offers, lead generation, cross-selling, or upselling.
